Separate from website cookies, Metro Mobility apps may use app analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostic tools to understand app usage, troubleshoot issues, and keep the apps and services reliable.

As of the effective date above, the marketing website does not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, session replay tools, or chat recording tools. If we add new third-party tracking tools to the marketing website, we will update this policy before using them.

If your request concerns a Metro Mobility app account, you can also use the account deletion form on the app support page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may also need to keep some information when required or allowed by law, such as for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, tax, legal, or dispute purposes.

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. You can reject or withdraw website analytics cookie consent through Cookie Settings in the footer.
