Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

Metro Mobility, LLC (“Metro Mobility,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the basic personal information we collect through metromobility.io, our contact and newsletter forms, app support forms, and our mobility products and services.

This policy is meant to describe our current practices in plain language. If we materially change the way we collect or use personal information, we will update this page.

Information We Collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our website forms unless we specifically ask for it.

Website Cookies and Analytics

On metromobility.io, we use essential local storage or cookies when needed for basic site functions, such as remembering your cookie choice. We also use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand website traffic only if you accept website analytics cookies.

The cookie banner and Cookie Settings link control website analytics cookies for metromobility.io. They do not control analytics, diagnostics, operational data, or settings inside Metro Mobility apps, rentals, stations, or other product services. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a website analytics opt-out for metromobility.io.

Separate from website cookies, Metro Mobility apps may use app analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostic tools to understand app usage, troubleshoot issues, and keep the apps and services reliable.

As of the effective date above, the marketing website does not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, session replay tools, or chat recording tools. If we add new third-party tracking tools to the marketing website, we will update this policy before using them.

How We Use The Information We Collect

We use personal information to:

Information We Share

We share personal information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy. This may include service providers that host our website, process forms, deliver email, provide website analytics after consent, provide app analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting, process payments, support apps, host data, maintain vehicles or stations, or provide customer support.

We may also share information with program partners, property owners, municipalities, transit agencies, sponsors, operators, or fleet customers when needed to provide or evaluate a Metro Mobility program. We may share aggregated or deidentified information for reporting, research, or business purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect safety or security, to prevent fraud or misuse, to enforce agreements, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, financing, sale, or reorganization.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop using personal information associated with you. You can submit a request at metromobility.io/privacy-request or email info@metromobility.io with the subject line “Privacy Request.”

If your request concerns a Metro Mobility app account, you can also use the account deletion form on the app support page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may also need to keep some information when required or allowed by law, such as for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, tax, legal, or dispute purposes.

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. You can reject or withdraw website analytics cookie consent through Cookie Settings in the footer.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or allowed by law. Website form submissions are retained as long as needed to respond, keep business records, and manage follow-up. Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, subject to any suppression-list records needed to honor opt-outs.

How We Protect Personal Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use. No website or system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to limit access and use reputable service providers.

Links To Third-Party Websites, Apps and Services

Our website, apps, or communications may link to third-party websites, app stores, maps, payment services, or partner services. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their policies or services.
