Smart e-bikes
GPS tracking, remote lock and unlock, an onboard cable lock for stops mid-ride, and a ChargeLock-compatible port. Scooters run on the same system.
Smart e-bikes, a self-service app, and ChargeLock® stations that charge them between rentals.
Built for rental shops, tour operators, and parks. Checkouts, returns, and charging move to the app and the station, so adding bikes does not have to mean adding staff.
The bikes, the stations, and the software are designed to work as one system.

GPS tracking, remote lock and unlock, an onboard cable lock for stops mid-ride, and a ChargeLock-compatible port. Scooters run on the same system.

One cable locks and charges a bike at the station. Customers wheel up and plug in, with no rigid dock to line up with.

A self-service app for your customers and a fleet manager for your team. Your branding, your prices, your return rules.

A customer can start and finish a rental without waiting at your counter.
Customers find an available bike and unlock it themselves, at the prices and durations you set.
The onboard cable lock secures the bike at a café or a trailhead, then unlocks again from the app.
Plugging into the station ends the rental and starts charging, so the bike is ready for the next customer.
Run the fleet from one admin console, wherever you are.

You decide how much changes. You can keep a staffed counter and run the system alongside it, for after-hours or overflow rentals, or set it up as fully self-service. Prices, rental durations, and return rules are yours to set in the fleet manager.
The complete kit is the e-bikes, the stations, the rental app, and the fleet manager, designed to work together—that combination is where the system does the most for you. If you already own equipment, tell us what it is and we will be straight with you about what fits and what does not.
Many rental businesses already have mechanics and prefer to keep servicing in-house, and the bikes are built to be worked on that way. If you would rather not, you can outsource it through our maintenance partner network—contact us for information and availability in your area.
Locating a bike, checking its battery and lock status, and locking or unlocking it are all done from the fleet manager, along with the rental history behind it. Anything physical still needs hands on the bike—punctures, damage, and recovering a bike left outside your area are jobs for a person on site.
Tell us your location, roughly how many bikes you want to start with, and where customers would pick up and return them. From there we work through station placement, power and installation, the fleet size, and how your prices and rules should be configured. Contact us and we will go through it with you.
Tell us how you rent today and what you would like to change. We will help you plan the bikes, the stations, and the software.
